FIRE + WILD X ROYAL ENFIELD

On Sunday 26th September, in hundreds of locations around Europe - and countless more throughout the World - Royal Enfield enthusiasts gathered together to “Ride as One” and be part of the brand’s global community. We worked with Royal Enfield to design a bespoke dining experience for some of their VIP participants from the UK and as part of a ride out from London, through Kent and Sussex, a convoy of bikers from Royal Enfield finally stopped by the FIRE + WILD camp for a special wood-fired Sunday dinner.

All 30 bikers made their way into the woods where they were served canapés of smoked venison bruschetta with port-pickled blackberries and goats cheese. Obviously, given the nature of the event this was an alcohol free zone so we also served the guests a selection of ice cold 0% Brew Dog beers straight from the Yeti cooler along with some locally brewed kombucha.

After some time to mingle, rehydrate and enjoy some pre-lunch appetisers the guests took their seats before being served chalk stream trout, slow-cooked on cedar planks around the fire with a dill and elderflower sauce, watercress salad and roasted potatoes. To finish we prepared a baked meadowsweet cheesecake with plums grilled over the embers and whipped rosehip crème fraîche.

Bringing a community of like-minded people together and sharing some authentic experiences - both on and off the bike - is key to all that we try to achieve as a brand. That was a really memorable day of riding and feasting! To Mark and the Fire + Wild team - simply amazing set up and delicious food. A new standard has been set for Sunday Lunches! Thanks for your creativity and hospitality - really wonderful.
