An extra-large cedar plank for cooking on or around an open fire. Suited to everything from whole fish or fillets to larger cuts of meat, even vegetables.

At 20mm thick these boards are more resilient and much wider than standard planks allowing for more flexibility, longer cooking times and sustained heat.
