On Saturday 12th October we will be hosting our MUSHROOM FORAGE + FEAST. Join us for a guided fungi foraging session with expert mycologist Jesper Launder. We’ll spend the day gathering wild mushrooms in a beautiful Sussex woodland. Later we’ll head to our off-grid kitchen in the forest for a five course, fire-cooked feast. Each dish will be paired with local wines and seasonal wild cocktails, chosen and introduced by our in-house sommelier.
