VINEYARD FEAST - 24th August

On Saturday 24th August we will be hosting a late summer feast amongst the vines at Westwell Wine Estates, Kent. Tickets include a tour of the vineyard, a guided foraging walk and a multi-course dining experience. We will be serving a unique tasting menu inspired by the setting featuring fire-cooked seafood, game and local sourced produce. Each dish on the menu will be paired with low intervention wines from the estate. Stay the night in the wild flower meadows with our bed and breakfast ‘glamping’ package.

Tickets start at £125 per person.

COOKING WITH FIRE - 7th September

Join us on Saturday 7th September for a special masterclass in our nomadic wild kitchen and learn some of the key skills you need to cook over fire. During this off-grid workshop session we will teach you how to prepare and cook an impressive three course meal using wild ingredients. The event will take place at a woodland location just outside Lewes, East Sussex.

Interactive activities include wood selection, axe skills and firelighting, fire management, temperature control, foraging ingredients to create your dishes, preparing small game and other wild foods, cooking techniques, presentation skills and even some tips on wine pairing!

This workshop costs £75 per person.

MUSHROOM FORAGE + FEAST - 12th October

On Saturday 12th October expert mycologist Jesper Launder will be leading an exciting afternoon of mushroom foraging here in Sussex during which you will learn to identify many species of edible and medicinal fungi. This event is suitable for both beginners and seasoned mushroom foragers.

Later in the day we will head to a wild location for an outdoor fire-cooked feast. The spoils of our foraging efforts will be prepared as part of a unique tasting menu inspired by our journey through the autumnal landscape. Game season will be in full swing and the menu will feature wild meat such as venison, wild boar and pheasant.

Tickets costs £150 per person.

RIVERBANK FEAST - 10th August

Join us on Saturday 10th of August for an immersive, off-grid dining experience. We will be hosting a feast on a hidden riverbank at a private countryside location, just outside Tunbridge Wells. Tickets include a guided foraging walk followed by a five course tasting menu of seasonal wild food and local produce cooked over an open wood fire served with paired local wines and wild cocktails. We offer bed and breakfast accommodation in luxury bell tents.
