Join us on Saturday 9th November for a special masterclass in our nomadic wild kitchen and learn some of the key skills you need to cook over fire. During this off-grid workshop session we will teach you how to prepare and cook an impressive three course meal using wild ingredients. The event will take place at a woodland location just outside Lewes, East Sussex.
Interactive activities include wood selection, axe skills and firelighting, fire management, temperature control, foraging ingredients to create your dishes, preparing small game and other wild foods, cooking techniques, presentation skills and even some tips on wine pairing!
This workshop costs £100 per person.
