On Saturday 12th October expert mycologist Jesper Launder will be leading an exciting afternoon of mushroom foraging here in Sussex during which you will learn to identify many species of edible and medicinal fungi.
Later in the day we will head to our forest base for a fire-cooked feast. The spoils of our foraging efforts will be prepared as part of a unique tasting menu inspired by our journey through the autumnal landscape. Local wines and wild cocktails will be paired with each dish.
Guests will be collected at 10:45am from the pick up point at Lewes train station, East Sussex. After the mushroom foraging experience and feast you will arrive back at the station by 8pm.
There are 24 tickets available for this event.
